How it works: Each $140 payment adds $165 in credit to your membership account. Use it toward your monthly color and cut or any additional salon services.
Your credit never expires. Unused credit rolls over month to month and stays on your account.
Not for retail: Membership credit can't be used for retail products, but members get 10% off retail.
Member perks: 10% off additional services, priority booking (up to 2 appointments at a time), a recurring appointment slot, unlimited massage chair use, and our referral bonus program.
Cancel anytime: No minimum and no cancellation fee. Submit a cancellation request on our website, email jessicascolorroom@gmail.com, call (860) 344-8677, or let the front desk know. Cancellations received before your next billing date stop all future charges.
Refunds: Monthly payments are non-refundable. If you cancel, your unused credit stays on your account to use anytime. You can also gift it to a friend or family member, or donate it as services to someone in need.
Annual price changes: Pricing may increase once per year. We'll notify you by email at least 30 days before any change, and you can cancel anytime before it takes effect. Your credit increases along with your price.
